Supervised, Supported and Baby’s Pace Contact

In our contact centres, we can offer contact in a number of ways. These can include:

  • Supervised contact, which involves a designated member of our staff observing and reporting on contact. This service is fee-based and may be covered by legal aid if you are eligible. This service is only available in our Stirling contact centre.
  • Supported contact, which involves experienced staff and volunteers who are there to facilitate contact and lend a supporting hand if needs be. This service is currently free-of-charge. This service is available every Saturday between 10.30am and 3.30pm in our Alloa, Falkirk and Stirling contact centres.
  • Baby’s Pace, which is a special programme to help ease anxieties and relieve some of the practical problems surrounding contact between a baby or a small child and the parent they do not live with. The age range for this programme is 0 to 2 years. There is a fee to use this service, which depends on your income. Contact us for more details.
